Engineering Process Excellence Award – HF120 LPT cost reduction project

This project is the largest cost reduction project on Honda engine. All tasks were performed with the highest quality. Cooperation between many teams across whole EDC was exemplary. Our efforts were appreciated  by  CEO  during  reviews.  The  best  description  of  our  customer  oriented  work  can  be characterized by the following opinion given by Robert Czachor: "The redesign is being executed by 

the EDC team, who are to be complimented on a thorough job of both design and in addressing the action items from previous reviews. As a consequence, actions from the present review are relatively minor" (24/4/2013)
